Newborn Sessions

Congratulations to you! This is such a special time. It’s such a joy to create beautiful images for you to treasure for years to come.

However you're feeling in this season of life, my goal for your newborn photography session is to have it be stress free and enjoyable for you!

Newborn sessions are 2-3 hours in length. This allows enough time for diaper changes and feedings. This way we don't feel rushed and we are on baby's timeline!

I allow a limited number of newborn sessions each month to ensure I am available when your little one arrives! Your session reservation will be held for the month of your baby's birth, as soon as the proposal is complete and retainer is received. Once your baby has made their arrival, we schedule your session for around 7-14 days old.

In-home newborn sessions are provided for the comfort of the whole family. For in-home sessions, all we need is a large window to let natural light in. I bring the rest: bean bag prop, blankets, wraps, space heater, and of course my camera! It's amazing what we can create even with a small space and natural light! Prefer to get out of the house? Studio sessions are available at an additional cost.

Photographs include a variety of images: solo baby portraits, images with parents, siblings, and the whole family together.

If your baby has already arrived please reach out to check my availability! Additionally, if your baby is past the 14 day mark, sessions can still occur, your little one just may be a bit more alert at this stage.

Baby Milestone Sessions

We’ve all heard it… the days are long, but the years are short. Babies don’t keep!

Baby milestone sessions help you remember those little details of your babies first year of life.

Milestone sessions can happen all throughout your child’s first year of life. Some ideal times to schedule are when your little one starts social smiling, once he or she learns to sit up on their own, 6 or 9 month milestones, and the 1 year mark!

Celebrating love is the best! My sessions showcase the beauty of who you two are, authentic emotions, and genuine laughter.

From whimsical outdoor scenes to intimate indoor settings, I ensure every couple feels comfortable and confident in front of the camera. My goal is to help make each couple's love story come alive.

Sessions can be to document an engagement, to celebrate an anniversary, or just a session to capture your love story at this period of time.

Weddings

I believe in quality over quantity. That's why I take on only a small number of weddings each year. By doing so, I’m able to focus my energy and attention on capturing the most heartfelt and intimate moments of your special day.

Wedding photography is not just about taking beautiful pictures, but telling your love story. I assist you in creating the best timeline for your day when it comes to photography, as a well organized day is truly key to a stress-free day!

From the anxious anticipation before the ceremony, to the tender exchanges of vows, my goal is to create timeless images that will transport you back to those cherished memories every time you revisit them.

What about outfits… what do I wear?!

Dressing in warm neutral tones typically makes for the best photographs. This allows the subject to be the main focus and prevents distractions from the eye. Some colors that tend to photograph well are white, cream, tan, light brown, gray, blush, soft blue, and olive.

Once your session is booked, I send you an in depth style guide that includes some of my favorite shops and ideas for pulling together outfits. I love to help style clients who need a little guidance, as well. You can let me know if that’s you while we’re preparing for your session!
